How do I sign up?

Step 1: Make a payment to Fairfield Baptist Church. A $100 deposit will reserve your spot today! The $400 total balance is due by May 23rd, 2010. You can make checks payable to Fairfield Baptist Church and deliver to Mark Julian.

May 23 Mandatory Parent/student meeting
(Payment due, registration and notarized medical release forms signed)

Step 2: Download both of the attached Medical Release forms, and return them (notarized) to Fairfield Student Ministry. *We need both the Fairfield Baptist, and the Big Stuf release form on file before we leave for camp!

Step 3: Attend the May 23rd Parent/Camper meeting at 5:00pm in the North End at Fairfield Baptist Church. All payments are due at that time, and there will be free Notaries on hand to notarize medical release forms.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes you can! You can bring a friend to camp with you, and apply for them to receive a friend's scholarship ( up to $200)!
