We want Small Groups to be a place where you can meet people, make life-long friendships, study God's Word and develop a lifestyle of worship and service. Currently most of our Small Groups meet on Sunday nights and Tuesday nights in the surrounding Fairfield community.

The biblical idea behind Small Groups is simple: a small group of individuals join together and begin to develop relationships that enable them to encourage one another in their faith as they share their lives. The Small Group community environment provides people with a place where they can belong, ask questions, build friendships, receive prayer, and have fun.
A place to be loved and to love others
A place to serve and to serve others
A place to be know and to know others
"All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need" (Acts 2:44-45)

Why Join?
Friendships – Small Groups give you the opportunity to develop a community of strong friendships with others and helps you get connected to the church body.
Encouragement – Small Groups provide you a safe place to share about life’s difficulties. It’s great to have a community of friends who will support you through the good times and bad.
Accountability – We all need friends in our lives that will push us to make changes in our lives in order to be more like Christ. You should want to surround yourself with a community of people who will challenge you to grow spiritually.
Fellowship – The Biblical meaning of fellowship is more than just having a good time. True fellowship is a community of friends sharing life together fueled by a love for Jesus Christ.
Life Change - The Bible is “living & active” and the only source for true life change. Bible Study is essential for becoming more like Christ and Small Groups provide an engaging and interactive environment for Bible Study.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What if I have young kids?
Sunday night is a very family friendly night for Small Groups. We offer AWANA for age’s pre-k through grade 12. You can enroll you kids in AWANA and drop them off each week at 5:00 pm. You need to pick them up no later than 6:45 pm. We do offer some limited childcare for the Tuesday night Small Groups. We are willing to help other groups with childcare as they have need.
What about teenagers?
The middle and high school have programming on Sunday nights also. Contact Mark Julian, our Pastors of Students, for more details.
How long does a Small Group last?
Most Small Groups meet for approximately 1 to 1½ hours each week. Many groups have other social activities throughout the year as well. Additionally, many of our Small Groups also serve a variety of charities throughout our community.
How do I get my materials for a Small Group that is doing a book study?
After you get signed up and connected in a Small Group, the leader of that group will contact you about any details necessary to make you comfortable, at ease, and engaged.
Are all Small Groups the same?
Small Groups are diverse. The leader makes the subject relevant to those in their group. Some groups delve more deeply into weekend messages, some study a book of the Bible, or study topical messages found in Scripture. The basic components you should find in all Small Groups are: prayer, worship, Bible study, and true biblical fellowship. Additionally, Small Groups should look for ways to serve the needs of others in the group and in the community.
Can I change groups?
Yes, we certainly want you in a group that is consistent with your current life stage, spiritual maturity, and life schedule. Small Group members are doing life together so there must be a certain connection essential for effective ministry to take place. Occasionally, a change is necessary.
Can I be a leader of a Small Group?
Possibly, we are constantly looking for people who are passionate about their walk with God and want to share that passion with others doing life together in a Small Group setting. For more details contact us using the contact form below.
